Hi Fenek. Thank you for agreeing to answer a few questions about your new book, Resistance, for our readers. Congratulations on another successful publication!
LT: Before we begin, please could you give a quick overview of yourself for people who may not be familiar with you and your work?
FS: When answering a similar question asked by the Harvard post-doctoral researcher José Pedro Zúquete for his book The Identitarians: The Movement Against Globalism and Islam In Europe (2018), I described myself “as a European writer with Celtic origins.” I would further qualify that today and add for the record that I am the beneficiary of a rich genetic cocktail of predominantly Welsh, Irish and English ancestry. A working class boy from the English/Welsh Marches who was expelled from school for his White advocacy, which included pinning posters to noticeboards, leaflet distribution, the mysterious burning to the ground of a news stand selling the Communist Morning Star newspaper and the haranguing of the then Labour Leader, Michael Foot, outside his constituency office. An expulsion that saw me go on not only to earn a first degree and four Masters degrees but to hold senior management positions at five of the UK’s leading research universities. A lucrative career that gave me the opportunity as a Ghost Skin to make sometimes substantial donations to pro-nationalist websites, political parties and print journals all over the world.
LT: Wow, you really have been inside the ‘Belly of the Beast!’
FS: Yes, I watched how Blair’s mantra “Education! Education! Education!” in support of Widening Participation metamorphosed into “Propaganda! Propaganda! Propaganda!” Many of the Vice-Chancellors I worked alongside were all too easily converted to the ‘diversity’ and ‘inclusion’ agenda regardless of the threat to academic standards. Their annual reports and websites proudly displaying the toothy grin of sub-Saharans and quoting statistics highlighting the aspirant Pakistani Muslim and Indian student successes, often in fields like pharmacy and accountancy, while downplaying the massive numbers of others that simply would not have qualified for admission if it had not been for covert affirmative action policies masquerading under project titles like ‘hard to reach communities’ or ‘under-represented groups’. Strategies that did not seem to apply to white kids from the Welsh Valleys, or indeed other indigenous communities that have been long-languishing in the post-industrial decay engineered by the Thatcher regime.
LT: Your articles for the Patriotic Alternative website are very popular and you seem to churn them out like a machine! Where do you find the motivation to write so eloquently yet so often?
FS: I have authored around 400 articles for Counter-Currents, European Civil War, Defend Europa, British Intelligence, The New European Conservative and of course, Patriotic Alternative. I have also published poetry and short stories with other folk-related publications and have a vast collection of song lyrics that I hope will lead in the future to some interesting collaborations with similarly culturally oriented musicians.
My inspiration is sporadic, I will read or hear something, or possibly feel some emotion that compels me to sit at the keyboard and write. My source materials are various, political, cultural and social. Owning a library of some 7000 books and having lived a very full life in London, Kent and the South West of England, as well as having raised a family, I have an opinion on nearly everything. Interacting with a wide-circle of people of all ages, cultures and political affiliations, both privately and professionally, has also given me particular insights into the driving forces behind some of our opponent’s motivations. Ammunition that I use in the articles I produce and which seem to be mostly well received by the audiences that read websites like Patriotic Alternative.
LT: Your latest book, Resistance, is the story of one man’s awakening to the many dangers we face as Europeans today, including attacks such as immigration and The Great Replacement, coronavirus and The Great Reset, censorship and political correctness and the ever increasing influence of technology. What message are you hoping to get across to your readers?
FS: That all these developments are either created by or being hijacked and used by those who wish the native Europeans harm in order to dethrone Western Civilization and replace it with a one-size fits all consumer population that is estranged from its cultural and physical roots, chipped and pinned for optimum surveillance, owns nothing of value and rents accommodation from alien landlords who also employ them on their ‘plantations’ as low-skilled and low paid drones in warehouses distributing mass produced cheap Chinese and Indian produce around the globe.
The Great Replacement and indeed The Great Reset are corollary strategies to irretrievably change the existing demographic basis of Europe and the USA, therefore rendering so-called liberal democracy futile, and taking advantage of the Fauci sponsored Wuhan Gain-of-function Covid 19 pandemic and the Green’s climate change hysteria to de-industrialize the West. While at the same time steadfastly ignoring the fact that China is probably the worst and most irresponsible polluter-nation on the planet, opening new fossil fuel mines on a weekly basis and pouring unimaginable quantities of human waste into the South China Sea without a word being said by the corrupt World Health Organization.
The censorship and legislation that accompanies the ill-conceived “We Are All the Same’ and ‘We Are All Equal’ Philosophy of the Woke progressives and the new theology of political correctness is merely a technique to smother opposition. The double standards applied to the Anti-Vaxx and Anti-Lockdown protests and the Black Lives Matter and Kill the Bill rioters are clear examples of how we can expect what are in reality anti-white policies to be enforced in the future. The same of course is true of Hollywood, the MSM TV channels and print media, as well as the main social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook and Google and YouTube. One only has to look at the owners, CEOs, editors, presenters, content creators and so-called fact checkers to recognize a familiar pattern. The same one that links Epstein’s under-age sex traffic entrapment ring to the Pegasus spyware being deployed by Israeli intelligence’s NSO group to monitor our iPhones.

LT: How did you go about finding the inspiration for your protagonist, Peter Janssen?
FS: A mature Peter Janssen makes a rather telling appearance in my second novel ‘Rising’ set in St Petersburg so I wanted to create a back story for him. I have always been rather enamoured by the traditions of the Low Countries and Flemish nationalism in particular like the Vlaams Blok, CP ‘86’/Nationale and the Volks Partij, along with the romanticism of the flag waving Diksmuide rally, so I cast him has a young boy growing up in Belgium and going to university in the Netherlands.
His experiences are universal, he is force fed all the negative tropes that all European youth are directly or subliminally subjected to 24/7. Readers will recognize my portrayal of real historical events and my fictional predictions of where such occurrences will lead, be they related to the terrorism of the phony-war we are now living through, the impact of the ongoing Culture Wars, or the insanity of allowing millions of completely unassimilable people into our homelands. People who have proven to be a great financial burden, more frequently than not unemployable and consistently over-represented in the crime statistics.
Peter’s journey is one about overcoming the brainwashing he receives in school and the Pink Floyd style ‘idealism’ of his overbearing mother. A major catalyst for his transformation is observing the migrant’s ingratitude for what they have been given, the way they treat his female school friends and the fate that awaits his sister. His subsequent militancy, as Greg Johnson of Counter-Currents comments in a blurb on the back of the novel, is “psychologically credible”, but I would go one step further and say it was inevitable.
LT: Your writing makes a number of references to ‘Orwellianism’. Do you see Europe edging towards the kind of world we saw in Orwell’s dystopian novel, 1984? If so, what similarities do you see?
FS: Although I refer to Orwell on a number of occasions my earliest introduction to dystopian literature was through Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World (1932) and Yevgeny Zamyatin’s ‘We’ which was written in the earlier 1920s. I came to Orwell’s Animal Farm (1945) and 1984 (1949) much later but it certainly had a dramatic effect on me. Especially when I saw the increasing pace at which governments were happily ignoring the mandates upon which they were elected and began developing controlling mechanisms along with their allies in business, high finance, the media and now Big Tech, to effectively rule by diktat.
The techniques used to demonize nationalists in the media seemed reminiscent of Orwell’s Two Minutes of Hate and the concepts of Thought Crime and Double Think so cleverly anticipated in 1984 are now part and parcel of our justice system. While historians and journalists today just like Winston (Orwell’s main protagonist) work diligently in the real-world Ministry of Truth, to doctor or nuance historical and current events that may contradict the narratives the oligarchical elite want propagated day and night.
Which is why the long-drawn out opposition to enacting the Brexit Referendum vote and the Deep State intransigence to Trump’s Border Wall, Sanctuary Cities and ICE activities are perfect examples of how the instruments of our various governments are in thrall to Globalist interests. For all Patel’s tough talk illegals are still flooding over the Channel, Human Rights organizations are winning legal cases to prevent us sending convicted criminals back to Zimbabwe and under the Biden/Harris administration military aircraft flying out of Laughlin Air Force base are decanting migrants that have infiltrated the US Southern Border all around the country. A deliberate set of policies to ensure that the UK cannot escape the EU’s Open Borders policy and that the increasingly Left leaning Democrats in America are kept in power in perpetuity. The Squad and their BLM counter-parts, actually supporting the murderous Communist clique in Havana even as the Cuban people march for freedom. Now that really is Orwellian!
LT: Your books, and your writing in general, often cover a wide range of countries, including Russia, South Africa and France. How important is collaboration between different groups of Europeans? Should we forget divisions of the past?
FS: Absolutely. We need to establish meaningful and sustainable alliances with like-minded ethno-nationalists all over the globe. None of us are strong enough to resist the tyranny being imposed upon us without the support of our natural genetic and cultural allies. We may march under a hundred flags but we are all part of a threatened white demographic and must act and think as Pan-Europeanists. During an interview with Arktos to talk about my novel Kraal (2019) I described myself as being “Welsh by Birth, British by Choice and European by Instinct.” That I think is a perfect template for all our activists to contemplate.
I have lived for long periods of time in France, the setting for my debut novel, The Partisan (2014) and in St Petersburg and the former Soviet Far East, where I drew upon my experiences to write Rising (2017). I was lucky enough to travel extensively in South Africa where a childhood friend had settled with his parents during the apartheid era, and as a consequence studied the disintegration of that once great country under the Marxist ANC. In many ways the chaos we see there today after the trial and sentencing of Zuma foreshadows almost perfectly the opening segments of Kraal, which is now looking like a piece of anticipatory history rather than a work of futurist fiction.
My next novels will be set in Germany, the UK and the USA and because they are part of a series will cross reference characters and events in the books already published. I am trying to develop a mythos to inspire our militants, to engender confidence and instil an excitement that despite all the setbacks we have to endure and the trials and tribulations our opponents visit upon us, we will endure and we will win through in the end.
You can purchase Rising at Counter-Currents here.
LT: It’s often difficult to buy books today because so many of them are filled with progressive lies and propaganda. How important is it for us to create our own fiction books? Would you encourage others to give it a go?
FS: If you take a close-look at who actually owns the main publishing Houses and the vast majority of the literary agencies worldwide you will fully understand why anti-white historical texts, fictions about the Second World War and the prejudices that have had to be overcome by non-white talents like Michelle Obama and Meghan Markle, are promulgated ad nauseam.
I would certainly encourage some of the young talent I see in our movement to have a go at creating their own poetry, short stories and longer fiction. My only two caveats would be, firstly to learn to be very patient. Our publishing companies are well-meaning and professional but they are not rich multi-nationals and they are run on very tight budgets. Secondly, my own writing is certainly more Louis-Ferdinand Céline than Jean-Paul Sartre but it is also more Albert Camus than Dr. William Pierce, if you get my meaning?
LT: If you were stranded on a desert island and you could bring three books with you, which three books would you choose?
FS: That is a really tough question for a bibliophile like me. I will have to go with an instinctive response. Francis Parker Yockey’s Imperium for meta-political inspiration, Nietzsche’s Thus Spoke Zarathustra: A Book for All and None for philosophical elucidation and Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings for entertainment.
LT: Do you have faith that Europeans will overcome the dangers that you highlight in Resistance? What does victory look like to you?
FS: I am an optimist and do see positive signs that people of European heritage are seeing through the Potemkin façade created by the compliant media now that the globalists are over-reaching in so many aspects of our lives. I have already mentioned the Brexit vote and Trump but the Patriot March on the Capitol was also very symbolic and the number of anti-lockdown protests in France and elsewhere is hurting the globalist lickspittles like Macron. So although Trump is not really ‘our man’ and Marine Le Pen has ‘cucked’ too far in my opinion, their potential successes in electoral terms (if they are not cheated again) are still a litmus paper to test how far the pendulum has swung back in our favour. Our duty and our calling is to be prepared for just such an opportunity and take full advantage of it when it comes. If you want to understand how ‘victory’ looks to me, I suggest you read the end-piece to Kraal, it perfectly encapsulates my vision of a thriving white ethno-state.
You can purchase Kraal at Arktos here.
LT: Where can people buy a copy of Resistance, and how can people support your work?
FS: My books are all available through the internet. I would recommend going to Counter Currents direct for Rising and Arktos for Kraal. For Resistance just type in my name and my book titles come up in the search engine. Unfortunately, The Partisan has sold out and is going to be reprinted.
The key thing to remember is that, like I said on the recent PWR live-stream, all the money generated through book sales goes back into the movement to support the publishing outlets, the de-monetized websites and the individuals like yourself who put their necks on the line by publicly voicing opinions, backed by incontrovertible evidence, that those who seek our utter destruction, do not want the wider public to hear.
Well I say good luck with that little ruse because we are wise to it and are increasingly finding new ways and means of getting beyond the echo chamber in which they would like to confine us, reaching out daily to an even wider audience and getting our message out there. Keep up the good work PA, for more than ever “Your Country Needs You!”
